Before substantive work begins

If you purchase a Revenue Audit, Revenue Growth Blueprint, or Growth Implementation engagement and request cancellation before substantive research, scoping, or implementation work has begun, contact [email protected] as soon as possible. MeritNorth will review the request and, when no substantive work has begun, may cancel and refund the payment.

After work begins

Because MeritNorth services are customized to a specific business, payments are generally non-refundable after substantive research, strategy, implementation scoping, or implementation work has begun. This does not limit rights that cannot legally be waived.

Growth Implementation before customer access

If a Growth Implementation customer has paid but MeritNorth cannot begin the agreed implementation because required customer-controlled access has not yet been granted, MeritNorth will first request the minimum collaborator or delegated access needed. If the engagement cannot reasonably proceed, MeritNorth may cancel the unperformed portion and determine the appropriate refund based on work already completed and applicable law.

Unable to perform the purchased scope

If MeritNorth determines that the submitted information, available public evidence, or required lawful access is insufficient to perform the purchased scope and the issue cannot reasonably be resolved through clarification, MeritNorth may cancel the engagement and refund the applicable unperformed amount.

Revisions

The Revenue Growth Blueprint includes one clarification or revision request within seven calendar days after delivery as described in the Terms. Other tiers follow the clarification or revision scope stated in the checkout, delivery message, or written implementation scope.
